I had a great time at this place - everything felt new, the bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless, and I appreciated having useful amenities like a microwave, electric kettle.

All the staff was very courteous and nice, solved my issues. I was satisfied with the exceptionally comfortable room, there were a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets just in case. It also had a nice bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds - all for a great stay. The daily service was great. I was using free Wi-Fi throughout the property during the stay. The hotel was in a good location, in the middle of jackson. I was surprised at nearby Moonbeans Coffee, they had some goodies, drinks.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Fire Station as well as the center. I randomly popped in Moonbeans Coffee serving some pastries, located at walking distance from the property, it was nice.

Comfortable rooms that are well-kept with fresh sheets, plenty of towels, and a nice balcony to relax on. They offer a nice variety of breakfast options, including some tasty treats! 🌞.

The staff made us feel at home from the beginning, with impeccable attention and incredible treatment. We traveled with a person with reduced mobility and they treated us wonderfully. The employees are fantastic and helped us at all times. We also highlight the cleanliness of the facilities, both the appliances and kitchen utensils were very well maintained.

I loved staying here! The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was spacious enough. Everything was clean and well-kept, especially the bathroom. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, offering free water bottles and cookies during check-in. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service without having to request it. Parking was easy to find and always available.
